Buffalo, NY (February 6, 2018) – New Era Cap, who currently partners with NASCAR and INDYCAR in the motorsports world, has expanded to the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) as the official headwear of Don Schumacher Racing (DSR).
The team has inked a deal with the headwear brand to provide specially-designed caps for all seven drivers and crews that represent DSR in the NHRA Mello Yellow Drag Racing Series. The Top Fuel class line-up boasts eight-time world champion Tony Schumacher, three-time world champion Antron Brown and rising star Leah Pritchett. Funny Car drivers that complete the team include two-time world champion Matt Hagan, 2016 world champion Ron Capps, 2012 world champion Jack Beckman and veteran fan favorite Tommy Johnson Jr.
