Melanie Troxel to appear on Fox & Friends, CBS Morning Show in NYC this week10/15/2006Melanie Troxel, driver of the Skull Shine/Knoll Gas-Torco Race Fuels Top Fuel dragster in the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, will appear on Fox & Friends on the Fox News Channel at 7:35 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 16, while in New York City to attend the Women's Sports Foundation dinner that evening. She is a finalist for Sportswoman of the Year. She and Fox co-host Brian Kilmead are scheduled to compete on vehicles (to be determined - either golf carts, scooters or mountain bikes) at a specially-set-up Christmas Tree. They will test their reaction-time abilities in a fun contest. Troxel will also visit the set of the CBS Early Show on Tuesday, Oct. 17, the morning following the WSF festivities, and is scheduled to appear at 8:30 a.m., with her 330-mph dragster on display in the CBS Plaza. ***
